This seminar offers 3 hours of on-ice instruction focusing on the Ice Flow technique, designed to enhance fluidity and ease in skating on the ice. In addition, participants will enjoy 2 hours of off-ice instruction featuring the Sock Flow technique, which emphasizes body movement and flexibility. This seminar is a great opportunity for adult skaters to improve their skills, discover new techniques, and connect with fellow skaters in a supportive and joyful environment.
