In honor of Earth Day, Kristin Alpine of Wildflowers & Fresh Food will host another Garden-to-Table FoodRx event celebrating our gardens and more. Alpine is a registered nurse and private chef with a passion for cooking and is committed to bringing joy back to the kitchen. Her classes focus on fresh whole foods sourced from her garden and local farmers' markets. Don't miss this opportunity to connect with others and embrace the benefits of healthy eating. The event takes place at 5:30 p.m. on April 4, 2025, at the state of the art teaching kitchen in Fairhope at the USA Health Mapp Family Campus. After a brief presentation, class participants divide into groups, each preparing a portion of dinner before enjoying the communal meal together around the dinner table. Space is limited to 20 guests.
