Inspired by the BTS and Seventeen TV series, In the Soop, Bangtan Ball is excited to bring ARMY and CARATs an unforgettable K-Pop summer camp experience for the second year! We welcome everyone 16 and over to enjoy In The Soop with us!  AccommodationIf you are attending In the Soop alone, don't worry — we got you, bestie! Solo attendees will be placed in cabins with other solo attendees so that it will be easier to make new friends.  If you are attending In The Soop as part of a group, we are more than happy to bunk you with your moots. When you fill out the order form, please provide the first AND last names of everyone in your group so we can place everyone in the same cabin. Please note that if your group is not large enough to fill an entire cabin, you may be placed in a cabin with another small group and/or solo attendees. TransportationBangtan Ball has organized coach buses to take everyone to and from In The Soop from Toronto; the transportation price is included in the ticket price. Pick-up/drop-off locations for In the Soop are currently in Downtown Toronto and North York. Please select one of the two options when filling out your order form. Unfortunately, taking the organized coach bus is non-negotiable due to the venue's no parking policy. However, if you will be coming from out of the province, north of Camp Couchiching, or have special circumstances, please email Bangtan Ball to discuss other options (hello@bangtanball.com). Pick-up from stop one, a.k.a. Downtown Toronto, will begin at 12 pm on Friday, September 12th. North York and other pick-up location times will follow. All transportation information will be confirmed via email before the event. ActivitiesInspired by the show and episodes of RUN BTS and Going Seventeen, ARMY and CARATs will have the opportunity to participate in various daytime activities such as canoeing, kayaking, high ropes, rock climbing, archery, karaoke, swimming, stand-up paddle boarding, and more! Daytime activity sign-ups will open in August, and all attendees will be notified in advance via email. At night, Bangtan Ball will crank it up with specially organized programs for everyone to enjoy! While subject to change, they may include a concert screening, dance party, and camp-wide games for sponsored prizes! Food & DrinksAll meals and refreshments are included in your In The Soop ticket.  The kitchen team at Camp Couchiching accommodates vegetarian, vegan, peanut-free, gluten-free, lactose-free, and other requests (upon request). Refund PolicyPlease be advised that there are no refunds, partial refunds, or reimbursements of any kind, for any reason, with no exception. If you need to refund your ticket, Bangtan Ball recommends finding someone to take your place. Contact Bangtan Ball at hello@bangtanball.com to ask if anyone is on the waitlist.
