Single 10x10 space ● Certificate of Insurance is needed for ALL vendors and sent with completed registration form. ● You MUST provide your own table and chairs. ●Tent or canopy is allowed. If using a tent or canopy and using stakes they MUST be removed from the ground when you leave. ● We are asking vendors to have some type of “give away” or activity at their booth, this could be but not limited to (please no candy as a prize, as this is a wellness event)
