Whether new to mediation or to deepen your current practice, come learn with us as we explore ways to establish mental focus and develop a calmer mind. The retreat will be led by Tenzin Gawa (Jason Simard), Tibetan Buddhist monk and senior teacher at the Paramita Centre of Toronto. Sponsored by the Paramita Center Southeast in Chattanooga.<br style="box-sizing: inherit; max-width: 100%; color: inherit !important;" fr-original-style="box-sizing: inherit; max-width: 100%; color: inherit !important;"><br style="box-sizing: inherit; max-width: 100%; color: inherit !important;" fr-original-style="box-sizing: inherit; max-width: 100%; color: inherit !important;"></p><p fr-original-style="box-sizing: inherit; max-width: 100%; color: rgb(14, 24, 93); width: auto !important; margin-inline: 0px !important; font-family: Roboto, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; orphans: 2; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: pre-wrap; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); text-decoration: none; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: revert; margin: 0px auto; overflow-wrap: break-word; pointer-events: auto; position: relative; min-width: 1px; outline: transparent solid 0px;" style="box-sizing: inherit; max-width: 100%; color: rgb(14, 24, 93); font-family: Roboto, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; orphans: 2; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: pre-wrap; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); text-decoration: none; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: revert; overflow-wrap: break-word; pointer-events: auto; position: relative; min-width: 1px; outline: transparent solid 0px; width: auto !important; margin-inline: 0px !important; margin: 0px auto;">Because spots are limited, we will not be able to provide refunds if you cancel after September 30.</p>
