We invite you to join us for one of two concurrent workshops, led by either Vid. Charumathi Raghuraman or Vid. Anantha R. Krishnan!  <hr /> About the Artists  Vid. Charumathi Raghuraman is a distinguished young violin virtuoso known for her expressive artistry and technical brilliance. She began her musical training under her mother, Smt. Rama Raghuraman, then studied with Guru Smt. T.R. Balamani in Mumbai, and later became a devoted disciple of the legendary Padma Bhushan Prof. T.N. Krishnan in 1995. She also trains in vocal music with Padma Bhushan Sri P.S. Narayanaswami. Charumathi made her concert debut alongside Prof. T.N. Krishnan in 1998 and has since performed extensively as a soloist and accompanist in prestigious venues across India and abroad. Vid. Anantha R. Krishnan is a distinguished percussionist and the grandson and disciple of mridangam maestro Vidwan Shri Palghat R. Raghu. He began his mridangam training under his uncle, Shri R. Ramkumar, and has since continued to deepen his rhythmic mastery through advanced study with tabla legend Ustad Zakir Hussain.
