MTWThF 8:30-12:00pm Colorful Animals, Portraits, and Books- Art Camp In this artful camp, students will create self-portraits, accordion books, and painted pinch pot animals! All supplies are included in the price. Instructors: Lucinda Brown graduated from Marylhurst University in the Portland OR Metro area with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Art. She was on faculty as an elementary/secondary studio art and art history teacher at Veritas School in Newberg, OR for 10 years.She also served as a private art instructor for home educated children for 7 years and was responsible for creating and operating an after-school art program for children and adult beginners in Yamhill County, Oregon.Since moving to Vancouver in 2017, she has taught online ESL classes to students all over the world. and has been teaching studio art classes at Firmly Planted Homeschool Resource Center since Fall 2022. Art and Culture are two of Lucinda's greatest passions in life. She is a native of the Pacific Northwest and has lived in Oregon and Washington States. She loves cooking, spending time outdoors, and connecting with friends and family.
