Dear Parents, I hope you are all well! You are receiving this email because you have a child registered for the upcoming 2024 Middle School Girls Summer Camp from Friday 6/14 - Sunday 6/16. Your designated church camp coordinator will communicate transportation location, time, and cost.  If your child is on any medication that must be administered during camp, please give the medication with written instructions on the dosage required to your church camp coordinator/chaperone.Bedding and towels will NOT be provided by the campsite. Campers are to bring the following items:1. Reusable water bottle with a closed top2. Sun protection- sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, etc...3. Appropriate clothing- No sleeveless, spaghetti straps, short shorts, tight, low cut, leggings without a long top, etc...  4. Toiletries6. Linens, sheets, towels, pillow5. Insect spray if desired- we will have many outdoor activities6. Girls need to bring head covers for prayers   Please go over the following camp expectations with your child before the camp:  * Do not bring items of personal value; the camp will not be responsible for any damages or losses.* Students should not use their phones during camp; chaperones will confiscate them if seen.* Christian behavior is expected from each camper.* A reward and consequence system will be enforced to ensure a safe environment for all campers and chaperones.* Physical aggression, bullying, profane and inappropriate language/behavior, destruction of property, or continuous disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the camp.
