Restrictions apply. a) Such tickets issued hereunder are non-transferable and shall not be resold by the Contractor or the person for whom the ticket has been issued. b) *Blackout periods apply: 19 May -07 July and 13-23 December c) Transportation of passengers referred to in ticket issued hereunder shall be in accordance with applicable tariffs and all rules and regulations of such tariffs shall apply to it except that tickets issued hereunder shall not be endorsed, exchanged transferred or refunded in cash as otherwise provided herein. d) The contractor/Passenger is responsible for all expenses not specifically stated as part of the Prize, including, but not limited to, September 11 Security Fee, any applicable taxes and governmental fees or surcharges, airport charges, local transportation including air and/or ground transportation to Atlanta (ATL), overnight accommodations, incidentals, and any items of a personal nature. e) Refunds are not applicable. f) Tickets issued hereunder shall not be reissued in any amount whatsoever which will extend their validity beyond the terms of applicable tariffs. g) Any unused tickets by the contractor/the winner at the date of termination of this agreement as provided hereunder shall be forfeited and the account between the Contractor and ETHIOPIAN shall be deemed satisfied and closed. This contract shall terminate (a) 1 year from September 7th, 2024, (b) immediately in the event any applicable law or rule, regulations, or resolution of an association of which either party hereto is a member shall prohibit or make unlawful this agreement or any provision therein, whichever first occurs.
