It grants you a vendor booth inside the ICC Brossard gymnasium during the Eid Festival & Community Bazaar on Saturday, June 21st, 2025.🔹 Booth assignments are random and cannot be changed after booking.🔹 Setup time, instructions, and floor map will be emailed closer to the event.🔹 This event is indoors, but vendors are responsible for their own table coverings, displays, and decorations.📌 Important Vendor RulesAll products must be halal-compliant.No meals or beverages may be sold. Only desserts and sweets are allowed.Prohibited items: Eye of Fatima, shishas, statues, dolls, or any human/animal figures.Vendors must remain for the entire duration of the event (12:00 PM – 6:00 PM).No early packing or leaving is permitted.
