Eligibility Requirements

• Participants must be 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• The winner must successfully pass a federal FBI background check.
• Firearm will be transferred to the winner’s local FFL (Federal Firearms License) dealer.
• Winner is responsible for any and all applicable fees at their chosen FFL.
• Compliance with all federal, state, and local laws is required. This Item is not California, Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts or New Jersey Compliant   
• If the winner is found to be ineligible to own or receive a firearm, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn.
• No cash or prize substitutions are permitted.
