Participants must complete 1-2 hours of pre-work and the full day of training in order to receive certification in Mental Health First Aid USA for Adults. June 8th, 2025 12:00pm Registration                           12:15pm Prompt Start                             6:30pm Conclusion  Mental Health First Aid for Adults is an 8-hour course (2 hours self paced online pre-work, plus 6 hours in-person) that teaches adult community members how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illness and substance use disorders in other adults. The training, meant for non-mental health professionals, provides the skills one needs to reach out and provide initial help and support to someone who may be experiencing a mental health crisis. Cost includes course materials and certificate. Limited space and scholarships available.
