Nursing Students must RSVP to qualify for check in reimbursement. This ticket is for undergraduate nursing students.

Each person must RSVP! RSVP is required so that we can guarantee the correct number of lunches to have available.

If you are confirmed award recipient, your RSVP includes lunch for yourself and one guest. You must choose a ticket for yourself and a second ticket for your guest so that we get the right head count for lunches.

Please complete this option if you are a vendor for this event. The Vendor ticket covers your place at the event and up to 2 lunches. Any additional representatives from your facility/school will need to purchase a "Nurses and/or guest" RSVP.
