The Rajasthan Association of Seattle Americas (RASA) warmly invites you to a vibrant cultural journey through the traditional art of Ghoomar, the iconic folk dance of Rajasthan!

• Learn the intricate moves of Ghoomar in an inperson 2 day workshop under the guidance of experienced instructor, Shrreya Sharma

By registering for the dance workshop, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

• The workshop is open to all registered participants..

2️⃣ Registration & Fees:  

• Registration is mandatory, and fees must be paid in advance.
• Fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled     by the organizers.

3️⃣ Attendance & Punctuality:  

• Participants are expected to  attend all sessions on time.
• No make-up sessions will be provided for missed classes.

4️⃣ Code of Conduct: 

• Respectful behavior towards instructors and fellow participants is required.
• Any misconduct may result in removal from the workshop without a refund.
  

5️⃣ Liability & Safety:

• Participants understand that dance involves physical activity and agree to participate at their own     risk.
• Organizers are not  responsible for any injuries, accidents, or lost belongings.

6️⃣ Recording & Media Release:  

• The organizers may take photos/videos during the workshop for promotional purposes.  
• Participants consent to the use of their images in social media and marketing materials.
  

7️⃣ Workshop Content:  

• The choreography and  techniques taught in the workshop are for personal learning only.  
• Participants may not record or distribute  workshop content without permission.
  

8️⃣ Performance Opportunity:  

• Participation in a  performance is subject to attendance, dedication, and instructor approval.

• The organizers reserve the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel sessions if necessary.
