Our volunteers are trained and Certified by IRS to ensure compliance with tax law Quality Reviewed for accuracy. Rotary-GP VITA can also prepare 2024 Property Tax/Rent Rebate applications (PA-1000) for qualified elderly & disabled residents. Please be sure bring an unexpired Photo ID, social security card(s) for yourself, spouse, and all dependents, last year's tax return, all income, expense, deduction, and credit forms (e.g. W-2, 1099, 1098), Child Care Provider's name, address and tax ID number, and a voided check or bank statement if you want your income tax refund direct deposited in to your bank account.  If you do not bring all required documents you cannot be served and will need to come back another day when you  have them. By registering you will be provided a ticket with the date you selected. This helps us to better serve the residents of Monroe & Pike County, PA that qualify for FREE Rotary-GP VITA services provided via the partnership between Rotary Club of The Greater Poconos & Rotary Foundation of The Greater Poconos and the financial support we received from various sponsors and contributors including, People's Security Bank & Trust, BMJ Mortgage, LP and East Stroudsburg University - College of Business & Management.
