Join Bay Area instructor Jenny Ell for All-Levels Slow Flow Yoga most Tuesdays at Venture, starting 5:00 pm. For this class, please bring with you any props that you like to use. About Your Instructor:&nbsp; Jenny&rsquo;s yoga journey began with the discipline and focus of Bikram before she discovered the creative flow of vinyasa&mdash;a practice that continues to inspire her today. She has completed two 200-hour Yoga Teacher Trainings, holds a Yoga Barre certification, is trained in teaching yoga and creative arts to incarcerated youth, and shares the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes and gong sound baths. A Bay Area native, Jenny brings warmth, energy, and playfulness to her classes, creating an inviting space where all students feel welcome&mdash;no matter their background or experience. She teaches with intention, weaving in grounding practices, mindful breath, and creative movement that encourage students to connect deeply with themselves. Off the mat, you&rsquo;ll find her outdoors&mdash;hiking, cycling, or soaking in the beauty of California&rsquo;s landscapes. About the Venue:&nbsp;Venture provides retreat space in a California coastal redwood sanctuary to foster the spiritual quests, community-building, and connections of our guests, particularly non-profit and mission-driven groups.&nbsp;
