This Clay Open Studio time is especially for teens! Every Wednesday in the Fall, teens in High School can build on skills and play with clay in our warm, welcoming studio environment.&nbsp; Students are required to have some clay experience previously either with JAC intro classes or through a school/private program. Class fee includes clay for one piece, use of classroom tools including extruder, slab roller, work tables, and wheels (if experienced with wheel throwing) and supervision by an experienced attendant. Students will have up to two hours to experiment with technique and explore processes in our dedicated clay studio space.&nbsp; Glaze and fire for your finished piece is an additional $10 and must be paid through this ticket when ready to complete your piece. Pieces in-process will be held for four weeks and then reclaimed if no arrangements are made to finalize work.&nbsp;NO INSTRUCTION is available during Open Studio time. An attendant will be on hand for suggestions and supervision and will walk newcomers through a studio orientation. Practitioners are expected to be capable of working independently and adhering to all studio rules. Newcomers are to check-in with the attendant prior to starting.&nbsp;
