This special event celebrates the completion of the first full year of Desert Youth Voices, a choir created to bring together young singers from across the Antelope Valley. The program will include performances by students from Desert Youth Voices alongside guest singers from The Sunday Night Singers, highlighting the spirit of collaboration and mentorship that defines this ensemble. As part of the evening, we are proud to present the world premiere of a newly commissioned work by composer Brian Quan, written in partnership with students and inspired by their reflections on what it means to be part of a community. The Music Exchange is a space where voices from the community come together not just to perform, but to connect. Following the performance, guests are invited to stay for a light reception and celebrate with the singers, families, and teaching artists who helped shape this milestone year. Admission is free, but advance reservations are required due to limited seating. We invite you to be part of this meaningful celebration of youth, music, and unity.
