Urban Legends Poetry Collective invites you to join us Friday, January 24th, in the Arts Court Studio Theatre, for our 2025 CIPS Qualifier Slam! The winner of this slam will go on to represent Urban Legends at the Canadian Individual Poetry Slam—the national slam competition held yearly in Vancouver in April—and will be invited to feature at a ULPC event! The winner will also receive $750 towards travel costs. Doors open at 7:00pm EST, show starts at 7:30 SHARP! This event is Pay What You Can, with a suggested donation of $10. Our capacity is limited - separate tickets must be bought for every attendee so we know how many people to expect. Be sure to get your tickets early to ensure you've got a spot reserved.  Sign-up to compete opens January 10th at 7PM EST!
