Booth participation is only $50, although each person staffing the booth must acquire an individual event ticket for $25 for the full weekend.  Bringing your canopy is recommended.

Campsites (#102 to #129) are exclusively available for VW exhibitors on a first-come, first-served basis for two nights, from April 25 to April 27, 2025. A General Admission ticket is required to secure a campsite. All camping ticket sales are final and non-refundable after March 1, 2025. Campsite reservations must be accompanied by a completed ticket purchase and payment. Cancellations made before March 1, 2025, will incur a $10.00 cancellation fee, while cancellations after this date are non-refundable.
