Not every cat has a home. Every cat deserves care. Across Saskatchewan, countless cats live outdoors, often without access to veterinary care or anyone looking out for their welfare. Through SOS Prairie Rescue's Trap–Neuter–Return–Manage (TNRM) program, we work with communities and caregivers to humanely address cat overpopulation while improving the lives of cats who may never become traditional house pets. Our approach includes humane trapping, spay/neuter surgery, necessary veterinary treatment, and returning suitable cats to safe, familiar environments with ongoing care and monitoring. When returning a cat isn't appropriate, we assess other suitable options.
