💜 Paddle Forward: help survivors find strength in a team. Breast cancer changes life. For more than 28 years, Knot A Breast (KAB), a nonprofit organization, has brought breast cancer survivors together to paddle, heal, laugh, compete and support each other. With your help, KAB can continue to support, empower and inspire survivors as they rediscover their strength. More than dragon boat racingFor someone wondering where they belong, KAB offers a team that understands. Here, friendships grow into family, confidence builds, and survivors find opportunities to stay active, learn and laugh. Life during and after breast cancer does not have to be faced alone: KAB brings strength, community and hope. What your donation supports

Accessible dragon boat programming: opportunities for breast cancer survivors to get out on the water.

Coaching, equipment and training: support to keep our paddlers strong and active.

Wellness and educational programs: guidance for members navigating life during and after breast cancer.

Community and connection: a place to find companionship after treatment, rather than face it alone.

Opportunities to challenge ourselves: space to pursue achievements we once thought beyond our reach.

Help keep the boat moving 🐉

$25 can help provide resources to keep our programs running.

$50 helps sustain opportunities for connection, wellness and participation.

$100 helps support the equipment, coaching and programming our paddlers rely on.

$250+ helps build a strong, sustainable future for KAB and the survivors we serve.

Your gift, whatever its size, helps us Paddle Forward.
