Knot A Breast empowers breast cancer survivors through dragon boat racing, fostering strength, resilience, and global sisterhood. We aim to inspire others and showcase that cancer does not define us as we compete on the world stage.

For more than 28 years, Knot A Breast (KAB), a nonprofit organization, has brought breast cancer survivors together to paddle, heal, laugh, compete and support each other. With your help, KAB can continue to support, empower and inspire survivors as they rediscover their strength. Here, friendships grow into family, confidence builds, and survivors find opportunities to stay active, learn and laugh.
