Help A Girl Out (est. 2018) is a national award-winning charity that aims to establish menstrual equity by providing free menstrual products, filling the uterine and menstrual heath education gap, and providing empowerment events and opportunities

Join our Period Kit Packing Party 🎒🩸 and help make sure no one has to choose between basic needs and menstrual care. Bring some period products with you! Together, we&rsquo;ll assemble kits filled with pads, tampons, and other essentials that support our mission to end period poverty and stigma.&nbsp; Every kit you pack helps someone manage their period with dignity. 10 am - 12 pm PREP shift will take place at 135 Matheson Blvd E, Mississauga
