In a large saucepan combine 8-10 cups of hot water with contents of package. Bring to a boil and add 1 pound cooked and drained lean ground beef. Cover and simmer for 35 minutes.

Bring 10 cups water to boil (optional: half milk, half water). Add contents of package and mix well.
Optional: add diced, chopped or shredded ham and broccoli.
Simmer for 20-25 minutes stirring occasionally.
OPTIONAL: Serve with crumbled bacon, chives and sour cream.

Directions for small: (4-5 servings):

Preheat oven to 400 F. Add contents of package to mixing bowl. Lightly beat 2 eggs in separate bowl. Add 6 Tbsp of oil or melted, cooled butter with 1 cup milk to dry ingredients. Add eggs to dry mixture and gently stir. Do not over mix. Spoon batter into greased muffin tin. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes and serve warm.

In medium bowl mix brown sugar from package with 1/2 cup butter. Add 1 beaten egg, 1/2 tsp vanilla and mix. Add the remaining contents of package and mix. Create balls and drop onto cookie sheet. For easy clean up line cookie sheet with parchment. Bake 10-11 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350 Deg. F. In a mixing bowl, beat 1 egg, 1/4 C butter, and 1/2 tsp vanilla. Stir in contents of package until well mixed. Form into 1" balls and drop onto greased cooking sheet. Bake for 12-13 minutes.
