Theme: In Ayurvedic medicine (3,000+ years old) we are believed to be: 1/3 what we eat 1/3 what we put on our skin 1/3 our thoughts Mission: To share our journeys with seaweed and have participants leave knowing how to identify, harvest and prepare seaweed, enabling them to implement the three categories above into their daily lives in simple ways 2 hours workshop: Introduction Logistics (identification, ethical harvesting, drying techniques) Split into workshop groups according to the 3 categories (3 groups of 8) which will rotate every 20 mins Concluding thoughts & question period * participants sample 3 ways of consuming seaweed, leave with a skin serum they prepared & a message bottle with a seaweed affirmation
