Hosted by CMHA Central Alberta in collaboration with the Red Deer Food Bank Society Join us for Culinary Connections, a welcoming, hands-on community cooking workshop designed to build practical kitchen skills, confidence, and connection. Participants will explore everyday cooking skills in a relaxed and supportive environment while learning helpful tips for preparing meals, making food go further, and feeling more confident in the kitchen.
