Dignity & Safety as We Age: Empowering Yourself and Your Community Join us for an impactful, empowering workshop designed specifically for adults 55+. Every older adult deserves to live with dignity, respect, and peace of mind. Yet challenges to our safety and well-being often happen in plain sight—frequently fuelled by ageism, power dynamics, and unspoken barriers. Knowing how to recognize these situations and step in safely can make all the difference. Led by a specialist Shirlea Crook at Care for Life Support Services, this session uses the "See it — Name it — Check it" approach to give you practical tools and confidence to support yourself, your peers, and your neighbours.
