Program Overview:As a part of our Discover Your Path Program youth now have the ability to connect and learn about life skills while enjoying the game of Basketball. In addition, biweekly online 1 hour workshops will take place with unique speakers discussing life skills such as: SMART Goal Setting, Financial Literacy, Career Discovery, Self - Esteem and Mental Health, Networking, and Digital Literacy.&nbsp; You can choose between four locations and dates (1 new location added in Pickering): Monday Bramalea Secondary 6-8pm&nbsp;Fridays Notre Dame Secondary 6-7pm Requirements: <ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Must be in Highschool</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Must register via online platform&nbsp;</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Must commit to working on the unique SMART goals developed for them during the few sessions</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Must attend online bi-weekly life skills workshops to maintain space in program (Youth with strong attendance and participation can win gift cards of up to $50 throughout the program)&nbsp;</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Must participate in evaluation surveys of their learning and program satisfaction</li></ul> Cost: FREE to youth attend (if two sessions are missed in a row the spot may be filled from wait last)Only 20 youth (first come first serve) others will be added to the waitlist
