Options for what to wear:<ul><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Natural loose materials such as linen or cotton to allow the body to sweat and breathe</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Towel with bathing suit bottoms or shorts underneath or t-shirt/tank. </li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Bathing suit (not the greatest option to allow the body and skin to fully sweat and breathe).</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Slip ons for your feet such as water shoes, sandals, crocs.</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Something dry and warm to wear after or in between resting such as a sweater or bathrobe</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Hat like a toque or headband to insulate the head from getting hot to feel more comfortable in the heat for a prolonged time.</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Socks and layers for cooler weather.</li></ul> What to bring: <ul><li style="box-sizing:inherit">One or two body length towels: one to sit on in the sauna, and one to dry off.  </li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Blanket to wrap yourself with or lie down on the ground.</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">A water vessel/bottle/cup if you want your own- water is provided.</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">A bag for wet items such as towels and clothing</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">A light snack to balance blood sugar levels if you think you’ll need that. The sauna is scent free from chemicals due to allergies and sensitivities. This can make some people feel seriously ill. </li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">To gain the most benefit, it is recommended to hydrate by drinking plenty of water or herbal teas beforehand.</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Snack lightly before if needed. To be more comfortable it is best to arrive not hungry or full (similar to a workout or yoga).</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Sit on a long towel inside the sauna, covering all body parts - back and feet.</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Leave valuables and jewelry at home or in your vehicle.
