Flourishing in the Workplace We are partnering with CMHA Ontario&rsquo;s Your Health Space team to deliver five workshops on workplace mental health for staff, from October 2026 to May 2027. You will learn evidence-informed strategies to better understand and respond to burnout, stress, grief and loss, and stigma, while building practical skills to support your own psychological well-being, resilience, and overall health at work. As you strengthen these skills, you&#39;ll also contribute to creating a healthier, more supportive workplace for everyone. About This Workshop Grief &amp; Loss in the Workplace: Designed to enhance emotional resilience and strengthen team connections in challenging times, this workshop will support participants in gaining valuable insights on the complex dynamics of grief and loss within the health care environment. Through discussion and practical exercises, attendees will also explore practical steps to support their own well-being or that of a colleague who may be struggling with grief and loss.
