Join us for “HYPERSCALE” — an evening with author Paris Marx and local organizers confronting the rapid growth of AI data centres and the corporate power behind them. Together, we’ll look at how this expansion affects water, energy, communities, and our democracy. Our conversation will be hosted by award-winning journalist and author, Desmond Cole, who is the Senior Journalist at The Breach. We'll also be joined by local partners from the Civil Society for Tech Justice, stewarded by the Council. This event is for people who are curious and concerned about where the AI data centre roll out is going. Learn what’s at stake from global, national, and local perspectives, and explore how collective action can protect our shared resources and public interest.
