LXCL:Join us for JOTA in Kelowna, this is one of our group favorite events.

Scouts JOTA Only Registration

LXCL:Join us for JOTA and then help transport the youth to Ruckell Point on Sunday Oct 18th where everyone will camp most of the week. Later in the week we will have to get everyone back to Kamloops so Sudbury can fly home on Friday Oct 23rd.

Hello Scouting Families, We are excited to announce that 15th Sudbury Scouts will be joining us at JOTA in Kelowna this October and then spending the following week with us in the Kamloops area. This will be a fantastic opportunity for our Scouts to build friendships, share Scouting experiences, and take part in several exciting activities together.Registration Options<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">JOTA Only (Kelowna):&nbsp;$30</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Full Week (JOTA + Sudbury Exchange Activities):&nbsp;$150</li></ul>What to ExpectFollowing JOTA, our combined group will spend the week exploring some of the highlights of our region, including:<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">A visit to the Adams River Salmon Run</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Several activities and adventures around Kamloops</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Time at Ruckell Point, including camping and outdoor activities</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">One or two nights staying in Kamloops before and after our time at Ruckell Point</li></ul>JOTA Cancellation PolicyThe group is required to pay a $75 JOTA registration fee in advance. Any scout who cancels their JOTA registration after September 30th will be subject to a $45 cancellation fee. Sudbury Trip CreditScouts who attended, or were previously registered for, the Sudbury trip that was cancelled earlier this year will receive a discount code that can be applied toward their registration fees for this event.
