Navel of the M&ouml;bius ::: Experiments in Continuous Deformation&nbsp; Pairs of collaborators will enter into a &lsquo;sonic topological space,&rsquo; whose limits, continuity and connectivity emerge and morph through the contingent interplay of the performers&rsquo; shared signals and take shape by way of attuned listening and response. &nbsp; Each person in a duo will have part of their sound sources fed into the other&rsquo;s setup such that the setups generate their own responses to the signals. From the non-random but non-measurable sound that emerges, the gear becomes somewhat of a third collaborator (or... the M&ouml;bius&rsquo; navel), guiding the listening and response of improvisers through its own twisted structure of continuous deformation.
