Parkinson's Walkling Soccer

Every Tuesday, September 8 to October 27, 10am -12pm Parkinson&#39;s Walking Soccer Tuesdays offers a slower-paced, no-contact game designed for people living with Parkinson&rsquo;s and their carers 🧠⚽. Sessions focus on simple exercises, easy ball control, a few games and plenty of breaks so you can move at your own pace. Guided by the Toronto Walking Soccer Club&rsquo;s experienced coaches, these Tuesdays are about fun, fitness and friendship. No prior soccer experience needed&mdash;just comfortable shoes and a red and a black shirt, and plenty of water!
