On October 8, community members will have the chance to learn more about the six Surrey municipal parties running in the upcoming election through a town hall hosted by Movement: Metro Vancouver Transit Riders and the Surrey Citizen.&nbsp; Representatives from the parties will be invited to explain their platform, goals and answer questions about key issues on transit and affordability.
