Fear-Less is a&nbsp;5 week parenting program (Wednesdays, Oct 7 - Nov 4) to help parents of children aged 6 - 14 to set a good example of coping with anxiety, coach their children to become more emotionally resilient, and develop a tool box of strategies and choose the most effective way to respond to their child&#39;s anxiety.Session 1: Anxiety &ndash; what is it and how does it develop?Session 2: Promoting emotional resilience in children.Session 3: Modeling and the way children think.Session 4: The way you behave - avoidance and exposure.Session 5: Parental strategies for responding to children&rsquo;s anxiety &ndash; avoidance and exposure and constructive problem solving &ndash; how to promote it and maintain gains.Pre-registration is required.
