Soul & Science to JOY With Laura LouiseTuesday, October 20 | 7:00–8:30 PMWe’re all striving for happiness, but happiness can come and go.Maybe it’s the next car, the next house, the next trip, the next relationship, or the next achievement. We reach the goal, feel good for a while, and then start looking toward the next thing. But what if happiness isn’t the ultimate goal? What if there’s something deeper? What would happen if, instead of constantly pursuing happiness, you learned how to embody JOY?In this workshop, we’ll explore the difference between happiness and joy, what science and our inner wisdom can teach us about wellbeing, and how to reconnect with a deeper sense of fulfillment… one that isn’t dependent on everything in your life going perfectly.Come discover how to live more of your life experiencing JOY, and less of your life trying to figure out how to find it.In this workshop, you will learn:

The difference between happiness and JOY

Why JOY matters

The science behind JOY and wellbeing

How to reconnect with your JOY

How relationships impact your JOY

The “Expressway to JOY”

Daily practices for cultivating JOY
