Every day across the UK, people sit in rooms where conversation has faded, confidence has shrunk, and the world feels smaller than it used to. Dementia and neurological conditions touch one in six people. Families feel it. Carers carry it. Loved ones watch someone they know still there, yet harder to reach. Lost Chord UK walks into those rooms with musicians, instruments, warmth and time, and something shifts. A familiar melody sparks recognition. A hand taps in rhythm. In communities, support keeps, musicians on the road, volunteers supported and doors open to sessions like Soup and Songs, Tea and Tunes, Music and Moves, and carers&rsquo; and community choirs.
