Keep Talking Services provides regular telephone befriending calls for adults aged 18 and over, including people living with mental health conditions.&nbsp; Their approach is simple but powerful: creating space for genuine, human conversation, delivered by compassionate health and social care student volunteers. Founded by Alex Richardson began the charity with just one student making calls to three people in the community.&nbsp; It has since grown into an award-winning service supporting hundreds of people, making almost 1,000 calls every month.<a fr-original-style="" href="https://www.keeptalkingservices.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" style="text-decoration-color: currentcolor; user-select: auto; box-sizing: inherit;" target="_blank">Keep Talking Services</a> believes that people should never be reduced to a diagnosis, a label, or seen as &ldquo;too complex&rdquo; to deserve support. Their work is about building trust, reducing loneliness and making sure people have someone in their corner. Every pound raised through this page will help Keep Talking Services continue bringing meaningful conversations to people who need them most.
