Your gift to the SpArC Good Boost Healthy Living expansion keeps sport and arts in Bishop&#39;s Castle at the heart of South West Shropshire.&nbsp; Since the recent opening of the new pool, the new Good Boost aquatic exercise sessions are proving hugely popular, with places regularly fully booked. Good Boost is an award-winning, evidence-based programme that uses waterproof tablets to provide personalised exercises in the pool. It is particularly beneficial for people living with arthritis, joint pain, mobility issues and other long-term health conditions, helping them improve fitness, confidence and wellbeing in a safe and supportive environment. Currently, we have five waterproof tablets, limiting sessions to five participants at a time and we now have 25 people using the tablets. &nbsp;Demand continues to grow, and we want to make this valuable service available to more people in our community.&nbsp; Our goal is to raise &pound;1,500 to purchase five additional tablets, costing &pound;300 each. This will double capacity from five to ten participants per session, helping more people access the benefits of Good Boost.&nbsp; Every donation, large or small, will help us reach our target and support better health and wellbeing across our community.&nbsp; Thank you for helping us make Good Boost available to even more local people. Every donation supports our pool and theatre facilities so they stay open, local and accessible. You help fund safe equipment, skilled session leaders, and inclusive programmes that bring all ages together through movement, music and performance 🎭
