Who We Are Sport and Arts in the Community (SpArC) SW Shropshire (Charity No. 1170997) is a small local charity formed to protect and promote the SpArC centre, Bishops Castle Leisure Centre and Theatre.&nbsp; We were originally established to prevent the centres closure. Since then, thanks to the incredible support of local people, businesses and supporters, we have raised more than &pound;500,000 to improve these vital community facilities. We are run entirely by volunteers and depend on community fundraising to continue our work.
