🦅 60K for Dementia From Aggborough to Telford, New Bucks Head. Every Step for Someone We Love. ❤️ Walk with us. Give with heart. Change lives. This Easter weekend, we will walk 60 kilometres from Aggborough Stadium to Telford, New Bucks Head. Not because it’s easy. Not because it’s comfortable. But because dementia is neither of those things. Dementia doesn’t just affect one person. It affects families. Friends. Grandparents. Partners. Entire communities. It slowly steals memories, confidence, and independence. It creates isolation. Loneliness. Fear. And too many people are left to face that journey alone. That’s why we’re walking. We’re raising funds to launch the Harriers Foundation Dementia Café — a warm, welcoming space where those living with dementia and their loved ones can find connection, conversation, and community.A place to share a cup of tea.A place to laugh.A place to feel seen.A place where memories may fade — but dignity and belonging never do. Every step of the 60K represents someone in our community living with dementia.Every mile is a statement that they matter.Every donation helps us build something that will make a real difference. How You Can Stand With Us ❤️  Donate – Whatever you can give will help bring this café to life.📣 Share – Help us spread the word.🤝 Sponsor the Walk – Join us in making lasting impact. This is more than a walk between two stadiums. It’s a walk our community. Thank you for walking this journey with us. 🦅 One Club. One Walk. 60K for Dementia.
