You&rsquo;re encouraged to do as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. will I feel welcome?Absolutely. Many participants come on their own and quickly feel part of the group. The environment is friendly, supportive and welcoming. What should I wear or bring?Comfortable sportswear, trainers or moulded football boots, and a drink. Shin pads recommended That&rsquo;s it. What age is this for?Men aged 40 and above. Do I have to attend every week?No &mdash; while we encourage regular attendance, there&rsquo;s no pressure or obligation. Who runs the sessions?Sessions are delivered by the Kidderminster Harriers Foundation, creating safe, inclusive spaces that support both physical and mental wellbeing.
