7th November 2026 | 10.00am Becoming Whole Together – The Human Being and the Social Organism as One Living Process with Jac Hielema On Zoomwith recording available afterwards to all registered participants As physicians, nurses and therapists, we devote ourselves to the healing of individual human beings. But what if there is, in reality, onlyone process of healing? What if every movement towards greater inner freedom, responsibility and wholeness not only transforms the individual, but also contributes to the healing of the social organism? And what if the way we organise our work, our relationships, our institutions and our financial life either strengthens or weakens that very same process? If this is true, healing is never merely personal and never merely social. It is one living movement expressing itself in different dimensions of life.Perhaps the future of medicine does not only depend on how well we understand the human organism, but also on how deeply we learn to recognise the social organism as a living reality. The central question of our time may therefore be: How can we live and work in such a way that every act of healing contributes simultaneously to the healing of ourselves, one another, and society as a whole? In this workshop we will explore what it means to become your own; how we can create relationships that make each other possible; how land, labour and capital can be managed from within beyond the logic of state and market; how money can support life. Jac is a Dutch author, researcher and facilitator whose work explores the relationship between inner development and the renewal of society. His work is rooted in Rudolf Steiner’s Philosophy of Freedom. Jac is currently devoting much of his time to getting to know people and initiatives across the United Kingdom. He hopes to place his own experience and work in service of what is already seeking to emerge there. He sees every conversation as an opportunity to learn together and to discover how individual and social healing can become one living process.
