We need help with setting up our stalls, getting tables out, putting up signs, moving items, meeting and directing stall holders, setting up the arena and putting out road signs.

Standing Marshalls help maintain the road closure during the parade to keep all children, families and visitors safe. Volunteers will remain at designated closure points, politely directing traffic away and ensuring no unauthorised cars enter the event area. This role is extremely important in helping the parade run safely and smoothly.

Please meet us in the staff room at 11am, after you have dropped your child.

Walking marshalls help us keep the parade moving, keep children within their boundary rope and keep the crowds back and out of the way of the route to ensure we can move with ease and safety.

Walking marshalls need to be positioned on the outside of the year group, ideally two at the front, two at the back and two in the middle on either side of the group.

You can choose which year group you would like to walk with. But if there is not enough for a year group, you could be asked to move position.

You walk in your position from the playground all the way round and back to the playground.

Children can only then be collected from the playground once teachers have given permission.

Hi Vis vests will be provided and must be worn at all times.

All food is cooked by our staff, there is no cooking required for this role.

Help serve food and keep the BBQ stall running smoothly during the carnival.

Volunteers will help take orders and serve burgers and hot dogs, organise queues, and keep the area tidy. A friendly attitude and teamwork are all that's needed for this busy and fun role!

Help at our second-hand school uniform stall by welcoming families, helping organise items, and assisting parents in finding what they need. This stall will operate on a donation basis with a "pay what you can" approach, helping make school uniform more accessible for everyone.
