PurposeThe purpose of the Lotto is to raise funds for the City of Cardiff (Melingriffith) Brass Band Organisation. The money will be paid into the band&#39;s bank account and used to help fund band activities, including purchasing new music and equipment. Rules<ol fr-original-style="text-align: left;" style="text-align: left; width: 100%; box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Entry costs &pound;5 per ticket.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">There is no limit to the number of entries you can buy.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">A draw will be made every month</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">The prizes will be 20% of the month&#39;s takings, with the remaining 80% allocated to band funds</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">The Lotto is open to all members, parents, carers, and friends of the band. Anyone aged 16 or over can join</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Payments are to be made by standing order to:</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">One month&rsquo;s notice is required for cancellation</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Members&rsquo; numbers will only be entered if their subscription is up to date</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Your email address and/or phone number will be used to contact you regarding the Lotto, including providing membership numbers, ensuring payments are up-to-date, and arranging payment of any winnings</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">The Lotto will be run by the City of Cardiff (Melingriffith) Band Committee. In case of any dispute, the decision of the committee is final</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Unless otherwise advised, a member will be deemed to have left the Lotto if his/her subscription renewal remains unpaid for a period of one month</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">If a winner cannot be contacted, the winnings will be placed into band&#39;s funds after six months</li></ol>
