Choir That Cares at Sands Church Appleby Join us for Choir That Cares at Sands Methodist Church Appleby for a welcoming, uplifting and joyful community music session led by Lost Chord UK musician and choir leader Liz Ball. Free to attend and open to everyone in the community, the Choir That Cares welcomes carers past and present, people living with dementia and neurological conditions, families, friends and anyone in the community who enjoys live music, singing and community connections.&nbsp; No experience is needed and there is no pressure to sing. You are welcome to join in as much or as little as feels comfortable. Every session is different, shaped by the people in the room and the joy of making music together. Expect uplifting songs, laughter, movement, connection and plenty of energy as Liz brings music to life with warmth, humour and her wonderfully infectious enthusiasm. Choir That Cares celebrates connection, confidence and the extraordinary power of music to lift spirits and bring people together.These sessions are made possible thanks to funding from The National Lottery Community Fund and players of The National Lottery.We are also grateful to our partners Sands Methodist Church for their generous support in hosting and providing refreshments.
