Nick Park is an animator and filmmaker best known for creating Wallace and Gromit and Shaun the Sheep. His films have won many awards. His most famous bird character might be the evil penguin Feathers McGraw from the Wrong Trousers – or perhaps Ginger and Rocky from Chicken Run. When we opened the envelope containing this gem, there was no mistaking whose painting we were looking at. 10cm x 10cm canvas, signed on the back, and comes with certificate of authenticity.

David Wyatt is an illustrator and artist who has created artwork for many famous books, including The Hobbit and the Mortal Engines series, as well as Anna Kemp’s Goblyn Wood series from which this image is taken. David began drawing comics when he was young and enjoys using his imagination to create detailed and magical pictures. This is an original watercolour artwork, 13" x 10", double mounted and framed. It is signed by the artist and was used as the chapter ornament in The Howling Mountain by Anna Kemp. She painted this beautiful picture of the birds and plants of Jericho during the coronovirus lockdown. A version of it is in display in Mount Place in Jericho.
