⚽ open Goal - Womens Football Open Goal is a relaxed, inclusive men&#39;s football and wellbeing session designed to help you move more, feel better and connect with others in a friendly, supportive environment.&nbsp;All abilities welcome, and there&rsquo;s no pressure to perform &mdash; It about keeping fit and enjoying the game. There is an optional weight management programme.
